The art of leading Consciously
Participants will be exploring the impact of their thoughts and emotions on their leadership style and seek to cultivate a more mindful and intentional approach to leadership.
The goal is to help leaders develop greater awareness of themselves and their surroundings, allowing them to lead more effectively and compassionately and make better decisions from a place of heightened consciousness.
